Overview
We want you to be happy with ResumeAI. This Refund Policy explains when we can issue a refund for your subscription.
Weekly plan — $5 USD
Our weekly plan costs $5 USD. We do not offer refunds on the weekly plan. All weekly plan purchases are final once payment is completed.
Pro and Premium plans
For all other paid plans (Pro and Premium), we may issue a refund if you have used 20% or less of your plan's included usage during the current billing period.
- If you have used more than 20% of your plan, we cannot offer a refund for that billing period
- Usage includes resume scores, upgrades, and other features included in your plan
- Refunds, when approved, are returned to your original payment method
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us through the support channel in your dashboard. Please include your account email and the plan you purchased. We will review your usage and let you know if you qualify under this policy.
Processing time
If we approve your refund, we usually process it within 5–10 business days. The exact timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
